The Bureau’s first report, Insights into Care: Patients’ Perspectives on NSW Public Hospitals, is based on analysis of the NSW Health Patient Survey 2009 and provides information about patient experiences with hospital care in NSW.
This report looks closely at the care experiences of patients who spend a day, or one or more nights, in NSW public hospitals each year. It will help the public and healthcare workers better understand patients’ views on care in NSW public hospitals and how to further improve care.
