Virtual Care Survey 2020

The Virtual Care Survey 2020 results reflect the experiences of more than 2,500 adult patients who had a virtual healthcare outpatient appointment, by telephone or video call, with a NSW public hospital during 2020.

The report shows key findings, an overview of results and patients’ ratings of care for all questions.

Results are reported at NSW level and, for selected questions, by respondent groups including age, and rural and urban patients.
