Virtual Care Survey

This survey asks people who have had a virtual healthcare outpatient appointment, by telephone or video call, to share their experiences of care.

BHI collects and reports on these experiences so that healthcare professionals and system managers can use the results to see where services are performing well and where there is room to improve.
