Emergency Department Patient Survey

2023–24

These survey results reflect the experiences of more than 21,000 patients who attended one of 77 large emergency departments in NSW from July 2023 to June 2024. They include findings on patients’ reasons for going to the ED rather than seeing a GP or other health professional. The report also identifies important factors influencing patients’ overall experiences in EDs.

Outpatient Cancer Clinics Survey

Feb 2024

These results reflect the experiences of 9,876 adult patients who attended one of 44 NSW facilities housing outpatient cancer clinics in February 2024. As part of this survey, 8,250 patients who have, or have had, cancer, provided feedback about their journey of care including with the clinic, their general practitioner (GP) and other health services.
