Virtual Care Survey 2021
Released: 7 December 2022
The Virtual Care Survey 2021 results reflect the experiences of more than 2,800 adult patients who had a virtual healthcare outpatient appointment, by telephone or video call, with a NSW public hospital during 2021.
The report shows key findings, an overview of results and patients’ ratings of care for all questions.
Results are reported at NSW level and, for selected questions, by respondent groups including age, and rural and urban patients.
