Patients’ experiences with ambulance services

Jul 2024 – Jun 2025 NSW

BHI included a set of questions in the Emergency Department Patient Survey for patients who arrived by ambulance to one of 78 NSW emergency departments (EDs) between July 2024 and June 2025.

The main report and supplementary data tables include NSW level findings for almost 5,500 patients who arrived at the ED by ambulance and provided feedback.
