Individual profiles for selected NSW hospitals and local health districts providing mortality rates in the 30 days following admission to hospital for seven clinical conditions in NSW.

The seven conditions are: acute myocardial infarction; ischaemic stroke; haemorrhagic stroke; congestive heart failure; pneumonia; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; and hip fracture surgery.
